Encounters
An encounter is a personal retreat time which will restore your focus and vision. You will receive a fresh view of the Father’s love for you. Our weekend encounters run four times per year.
Training
“Strengthening My Steps” is a nine-week course offered to those who have attended an Encounter. This course will help you understand the values that Church of the Harvest (C.O.H.) holds dear. This class will strengthen you with practical application of the applied Gospel.
Leadership
You may enroll in School of Leaders (S.O.L.) after successfully completing “Strengthening My Steps.” This school equips you to become an effective leader in the church and community. It consists of personal commitment, a small financial requirement and homework. The school is geared toward character transformation and a deeper spiritual growth.
School of Leaders focuses on doctrine and application, prayer, evangelism, family and leadership. The Word practically applied to our lives will empower each believer to be all that God has called him or her to be.
There are four levels of S.O.L., each lasting nine weeks. During the second level you will have acquired all the training needed (and lots of support) to open your own cell group. School of Leaders classes run from September to June. You may start Level 1 after any of the nine-week course breaks.
There are many opportunities and areas of ministry available within the church. We ask that you jump into the basics, as presented here, and get to know us as we get to know you!
