Our Worship
We believe in the scriptural pattern of worship allowing freedom of heartfelt praise to our God, as we enjoy His presence.
“Worship God in spirit and truth. The Father seeks such to worship Him.” John 4:23
We pray out loud because…
Acts 4:24 says, “…they raised their voice to God with one accord…”
We lift our hands in praise because…
Psalm 134:2 says, “Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.”
We shout for joy because…
Psalm 98:4 says, “Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.”
We clap our hands because…
Psalm 47:1 says, “Clap your hands all you people! Shout to God with a voice of triumph!”
We sing praise to Him because…
Psalm 66:4 says, “All the earth shall worship You and Sing praises to you; they shall sing praises to your name.”
We stand because…
Psalm 135:1-2 says, “Praise the Lord you who stand in the House of the Lord.”
We dance because…
Psalm 149:2-3 says, “Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the people of Zion be glad in their King. Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with tambourine and harp.”
