Every person that stands before the people must lead the way in life style Christianity.
- Be a disciple of Christ.
Throw off the limitations; receive love and instruction, and get ready to change! Your destiny awaits you!
Eph 4:22-24 22 throw off your old evil nature and your former way of life, which is rotten through and through, full of lust and deception. 23 Instead, there must be a spiritual renewal of your thoughts and attitudes. 24 You must display a new nature because you are a new person, created in God's likeness--righteous, holy, and true. NLT
- Become comfortable sharing the Gospel regularly.
Josh 1:10 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."NKJV
- Take someone to an Encounter regularly. Josh 1:8-9 “For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” NKJV
- Be aggressively working towards opening your own cell.
- Have a growing and multiplying cell group.
Hos 10:12 “Sow for yourselves righteousness; Reap in mercy; Break up your fallow ground,(emphasis mine) For it is time to seek the LORD, Till He comes and rains righteousness on you.” NKJV
- Regularly tithe and offerings.
Mal 3:8-12 "Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, 'In what way have we robbed You?' In tithes and offerings. 9 You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation.10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this, "Says the LORD of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.11 "And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field, "Says the LORD of hosts;12 And all nations will call you blessed, For you will be a delightful land, "Says the LORD of hosts. - Become an excellent musician by committing personal time and practice.
Nah 2:2 “For the LORD will restore the excellence of Jacob Like the excellence of Israel, For the emptiers have emptied them out And ruined their vine branches.” NKJV
- Know your part and come to practice confident and ready to blend with the band and with the Holy Spirit’s flow.
2 Chron 5:12-14-13 indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying: "For He is good, For His mercy endures forever," that the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud,14 so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God. If its not a God size vision it is not vision at all…
We must look for goals that we cannot achieve on our own, but that which takes the grace of God. We truly need Him, more than the air we breathe. Our church cannot take it’s inheritance if we personally don’t take ours.
Ps 37:3-4 3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. 4 Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. NKJ
