Preschool
Even before a day is spent in "formal" schooling, children can learn tremendous things about their world. Studies show children learn things at this age that they will never forget: eating, walking, talking, brushing teeth, writing, etc... At Church of the Harvest preschool, when we think of our little ones, we know we are teaching world changers. Our goal is to help these little ones grow up into their FULL potential, their complete calling according to the will of our Lord. We know they are able to: Love Jesus, understand their need for Him, and make Him Lord and Savior.Kids can obey God's Word, have a heart for the lost around them, be worshipers and love the Word of God. They can have an uncompromising Spirit, show true compassion, be servants to everyone around them, and have wisdom beyond their years. 2 and 3 year olds are able to discern right from wrong, walk in self-control, memorize God's Word and Understand how to apply it to their lives! We have found the most effective way to impart these truths is to separate the children into smaller classes based on abilities that present themselves at certain ages. All Preschool classes are designed with the discipleship principle of teaching, showing, playing and experiencing God's Word and principles. Our heart is for our teachers to pastor love and care for their class and its families. Teachers work hard and pray to help kids develop and build a close relationship with God's heart.

This class is designed to help toddlers discover a simple love of God's Word, the church, friends and teachers. They learn about life principles from characters of the Bible. We integrate focused play time, activities, play centers, games, crafts and story time to help kids develop trust in God. His principles and His Word. We want our children to love God, pray, worship, and believe that the Bible is God's Word. Each lesson points the child to God, scriptures and principles that they will remember.

Your child must be 3 by September 1, 2010. This class is designed to help young children build a love for God's Word, worship, friendships and more bible characters. Lessons for this age help develop and encourage a love for the Word of God, characters from it and the principles in it. Children learn well with hands-on activities, games, crafts, play centers and even their snack. Our goal is to help this age develop a love for God and believe His Word.
4by9 and 5by9
Your child must turn 4 by September 1, 2010. They will remain in this class until they bump up to 1st grade.This class challenges kids to discover our powerful God, His Word, worship, friendships and life skills from bible stories and characters. Lessons will lead children in a biblical response towards God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, worship, family and friends. Our goal is to help all children experience God's principles in a dynamic and life-changing way that will lead them to making their own decision for Christ. We want to come along side the family and help train their children to be Samuels to stand for God and His Word. We desire to help them impact their family, friends and classmates in Godliness and character.
